ABOUT FEAST
FEAST began in Raleigh, NC in the fall 2015 with a simple vision: gather people who are hungry for more of God around a meal and time of worship and prayer. What started as ten friends in a living room blossomed into a large community of young people who meet monthly for dinner and worship. The diverse, inter-denominational FEAST community stretches to over a thousand individuals who represent 60+ churches in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Dinner - 6:30pm
Worship - 7:30pm
Closing - 8:45pm
We gather at our FEAST location, which changes monthly. Around 6:30pm, we bless the food and serve dinner, which has been lovingly prepared by our volunteers and is offered free of charge thanks to our amazing donors. At 7:30pm we transition into a time of worship, lead by trusted, gifted worship leaders and musicians from our FEAST network here in the RDU area. We invite everyone to engage in a way that is comfortable to them, however reserved or expressive that may be, and we ask that the same grace be offered to those around you. Finally, we wrap up each gathering around 8:45pm by offering an extended opportunity for personal prayer if needed. If at any point of the evening you are in need of prayer, our beloved team of volunteer-leaders would love to pray with you.
